1.备好食材: 牛肘子肉清洗干净一切两段备用。

2.锅入加入适量清水,放入肘子肉,加适量料酒焯水十五分钟。

3.姜适量拍散备用。

4.草果,八角,陈皮,桂皮,香叶洗净备用。

5.焯好水的肘子肉清洗干净,放入电压力锅内,放入各种香料,生姜,及味极鲜,料酒,及少许盐。

6.启用电压力锅,按蹄筋键开始压煮半小时。

7.压煮半小时后,让汤汁再浸泡一晩上,更加入味,第二即可食用,成品。
